·       No smoking anywhere on the property. 

·       No parties or events are allowed. 

·       Pets are not permitted. 

·       Please respect our neighbors – quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. 

·       During daytime hours, please still be considerate of our neighbors who are long-term residents and keep noise to a minimum. 

·       Do not trespass on neighbor's property to access the walking paths. Entrance to paths is a 2-minute walk. 

·       Be Bear Safe - don't leave trash or food in the screened porch, on the outside deck, or in your cars. 

·       Guests are allowed a maximum of four visitors at any time during their stay. Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process. 

·       Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. 

Violations of these house rules may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and/or extra charges.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of check-in.

50% is due upon reservation, with the remainder due 30 days before check-in.
