** The oversized 4th bedroom is a favorite for kids and teens, with two full-size beds, a double desk, a cozy canopied daybed, and a smart TV for movie nights.

** With all main living spaces and three bedrooms on one level, this layout is ideal for families with little ones.

** Our garage game room includes pool, air hockey, ping pong, and foosball – perfect for friendly competitions or relaxed hangouts. Though not climate-controlled, guests enjoy this space year-round.

FOUR SPACIOUS BEDROOMS (INCLUDING TWO KING BEDS)
** The master suite includes a king-sized bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom with a power shower, and a double vanity.
** Additional bedrooms include a second king bed, a queen, and the 4th bedroom with two full-size beds. All beds are outfitted with memory foam mattresses and premium cotton linens.
** Great layout for privacy: Three bedrooms are located on the main floor, with 1 king and 1 queen + one bathroom with bath/shower combo located in the left wing, and the master bedroom and bathroom in the right wing (along with stairs up to the 4th bedroom). The common spaces occupy the center of the house.

** Cook like a pro in a modern kitchen equipped with quality appliances, perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to a full Thanksgiving feast.
** The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, electric kettle, and a welcome selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate.

Guest accessYou'll have access to the full house, with the exception of the locked owner's closet in the Master bedroom. Check-in is contactless for your safety, convenience and privacy and access is via a keyless entry touchpad with your own personal code.
The driveway is large and provides plenty of parking space right in front of the house.
You will have access to 2 community pools, Stoney Creek public golf course, Wintergreen Resort spa and other amenities.
Additional notesThe house can sleep 10 + an infant, but this is best suited to families with children as it is based on two people sharing each full-size bed in the 4th bedroom. Adults-only groups will be more comfortable with up to 8 people.
The rear of the garden has a steep drop into a creek so we have installed a fence for your safety - please make sure your children are aware of the drop and do not go beyond the fence.
Two security cameras are installed at the front of the property facing away from the house. We have a single NoiseAware sensor in the dining room - NoiseAware is a smart home technology that is 100% privacy compliant - it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) and would only really alert us if there was party-level noise (our house rules do not allow parties).
During Spring, Summer and Fall, our landscapers mow the lawn or pick up leaves every other Wednesday. They are only there for apx 30-45 minutes.

Neighborhood overviewLocated right on the infamous Nelson 151 in Virginia’s Wine Country, close to Wintergreen Resort, and 40 minutes from Charlottesville and the University of Virginia, the location is a gateway to a myriad of exciting activities.

-- If you like to play golf, you'll be pleased to know Conde Nast Traveler magazine selected Wintergreen as one of the "Top 50 Golf Resorts in the World." Wintergreen's Stoney Creek course is just 3 mins from the house and open to the public.
-- For history and culture enthusiasts, the historic Monticello and the University of Virginia in Charlottesville are a short drive away.

-- Explore the scenic hiking trails across the Blue Ridge Mountains, or take a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway or Skyline Drive through Shenandoah.

-- Black Bear Creamery is just minutes from the house with amazing ice-cream, or visit our charming Saturday Farmer's Market during the summer.
-- We provide 4 camping chairs, beach umbrella, picnic blankets and cooler for your use during your stay.
DURING WINTER:
-- Head 20 minutes up the mountain for skiing at Wintergreen Resort and soak in breathtaking views over the Blue Ridge mountains.
-- Don’t ski? No problem! Head over to The Plunge to enjoy snow tubing for the whole family at Virginia's largest tubing hill.
-- All those wineries and breweries still offer a great time and often host special events.
