Just a few minutes from the house, you can enjoy golf at Stoney Creek Golf Course, rated #34 best resort courses in the US by Golf Digest and one of the "Top 50 Golf Resorts in the World" by Conde Nast Traveler magazine.

The house is also close to a wide choice of wineries and breweries, not to mention a distillery and cidery, along with hiking trails, swimming lake and a lovely Saturday farmers market.

Head 20 minutes up the mountain to Wintergreen Resort for skiing and snow tubing in the winter and mini-golf, ninja course and summer tubing in the warmer months. Beautiful views over the Blue Ridge mountains can be found year round!

You will be just 40 minutes from all the cultural attractions, restaurants, bars and music venues of Charlottesville, not to mention historical sites such as Thomas Jefferson's Monticello.

Head 40 minutes south to try your hand at kayaking, tubing or rafting on the James River!
